What is Transactional Analysis?
T.A. is the theory of personality and theory of communication, established by the US psychiatrist Eric Berne in the late 1950s. It includes work with children and adults in the context of learning, where the target is the development of their human potentials and prevention of communication and relations disorders. Learning is implemented creatively, through role play, through game application of the basis of group therapy and interpretation of images of ego state.
