HOW TO EAT HEALTY?
It is generally known that the problem of the majority of young people is irregular diet, not only during holidays and different gatherings, but that that is something that is our daily life and that it causes different health and psychological problems.
At the workshop, we will discuss about these and many other daily questions and try to find the right answers.
Goal of the workshop:
informing young people about “healthy” diet, health-safe diet, types of diets and principle of regularly balanced meals
encouraging young people to think about their own diet and implementation of good habits in planning meals for the purpose of the improvement of the total personal development.
